Your focus is to help customers understand everything about us and our platform. Educate them and foster relationships with them as well. We like to say, our customers are our friends too.

You will need to be courteous, helpful, patient (really patient when talking to someone who needs to let out once in a while), and more importantly, FRIENDLY! Let them know we are they friend too.

About the Role
Customer Success
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to client phone and e-mail inquiries regarding Mobi E-commerce and payment platform.
  • Follow-up on all client’s requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships utilizing Mobi CRM tools.
  • Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with Mobi stakeholders.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders (payment).
  • Be a primary contact for client’s inquiries about our platform.
  • Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client.
  • Maintain and update regular client correspondence.
Training
  • Schedule seller activation field activities on deployment & canvassing.
  • Prepare area mapping for deployment.
  • Providing training for new seller on how to use Mobi Platform and payment solution.
  • Manage seller database and provide refreshment training to make sure seller understand Mobi’s e-commerce platform and payment solutions.
What are we looking for?
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service in e-commerce industry.
  • Strong Ecommerce background highly preferred.
  • Must be a customer-oriented person.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand's history, product offerings and communications.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech.
  • Proactive personality and self-motivator.
  • Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Team player able to develop great relations with co-workers.
